Helpful on-line staff. Led me though the process step by step. Quick and easy. Only thing that made this a 4 star rather than 5 was that I had some trouble uploading some documents, so we had to move to emailing them.

Outstanding website for a very complex venue. Great, understanding, chat support over hours to translate the complex steps. No start overs or back to the beginning when it taks a long time to get the needed info and enter it.. Person that follows your activity and keeps the process going over days not minutes to complete the process.. Tommy F ++++ practical, understanding and with a sense of humor when it gets tough..

Even though my isf 10+2 had already been filed before I knew it, they did their best to make sure I was satisfied.

Absolutely pathetic company with horrible service. They refuse to provide estimates on an inbound Shipment. They expect you to wait until the cargo ships, then send them all of your documents with your credit card. Agents ignore you when you message with questions. No common courtesy what so ever. If your lucky enough to get a reply, they are vague and rude. I have dealt with them in the past with great success, but it seems something has changed lately. I will take my business elsewhere. Importing is stressful enough without a broker who won't communicate or cooperate. Don't waste your time or money!

Horrible experience with this online based company. They barely ever reply and when they do give vague answers. NEVER answer the phone when you call them. They charge way to much and don't even give you a total cost or even an estimate but, your credit card gets billed hundreds! Slow, incompetent, frustrating are just a few terms I would use to describe Clearitusa. I would NEVER use them again. (Read there response) I opened up several links because nobody would answer me for literally days. Also when you sign the bogus power of attorney. They dismissed mine and I had to start over. I got the exact same person to do the exact same signature and the second time it was ok? They delayed my shipping and it cost me hundreds of dollars. This company is TERRIBLE!!!!

Excellent service, very responsive and you pay same as compared red to regular agents. Switching to these guys for air for sure and and will try with these people on the next sea shipment.
