was neither fast or efficient. lost an entire week. asked multiple times for the same documents by 3 sets of people. beyond frustrating. Your response is beyond incorrect. Asked multiple times by multiple people for same documents. You then advised it was because staff was working from home.

The agents at Clearit USA did their job and got my package through customs, and I was able to pick it up with no problem. But the reason for the 3 stars is a severe lack of communication, short cryptic responses, and no clear process to follow. Seemed very unorganized. I was never notified when they charged me for the import duty and the other fees, I wasn't told there would be a "warehouse" fee when I picked up the package... The communication was so poor I developed zero relationships with them, will definitely find a different agent next time.

They accomplished what I needed them to. However, the process was a little rocky... refused to get on a phone call, initial confirmation was not correct.

With the best prices out there and rapid response. It maybe online but Clearit responded faster that my old broker.

Superfast. We always did business with a Vancouver Canada based customs broker who transformed into border buddy sometime ago. The new outfits service became non customer responsive. So we switched to clearit USA. The whole processes took hours. Someone was there to work with us after hours for business one would consider small. Clearit USA is a the perfect fit for us. Great company to deal with.

The only thing i was wanting was to be able to speak with someone on the phone. I cant stand doing business over just IM.
