These include the main suppliers such as Unger, Ettore, Pulex, Moerman and Lewi along with many others. We stock both Traditional and Waterfed Pole equipment including water treatment equipment. Also, we stock and supply carpet cleaning equipment and products from brands including Prochem, Craftex and Chemspec, janitorial and hygiene products including chemicals from Clover and Evans Vanodine, as well pressure washing equipment, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, car cleaning and valeting equipment as well as much more.
Most appalling, disorganised customer service I have ever experienced. Order was worth over 2.5K. Was in stock when ordered. Was waiting for the order for over a month and half! Phoned up multiple times only to get through to someone a handful of times, I asked for updates, and wasn't given any information. I then asked if there was someone else I could speak to and was told no. When I asked for things to be sent in an email for confirmation I was also told no. The product did arrive eventually however I lost customers due to the wait. When this was raised with the customer service it was clear they couldn't care less. I would advise anyone expecting things to go smoothly and quickly to avoid this company at all cost and use a different supplier.
