I ordered a second birthday card and was delivered a first birthday card, and despite contacting the company I have received no answer so far, which obliged me to reorder a second birthday card for the birthday of my son in a week (with another company of course). Overall very disappointed with the experience as I cannot be in touch with them.
I did not receive the item I ordered nor have I had a reply to the email I sent them, requesting my original order.

My sheepskin insoles arrived promptly. The size 8 was a little large for my size 8 women's slippers but I cut a bit off the back and they're fine.
