I’ve had nothing short of a wonderful experience with CK group, I joined them and within a short space of time I was given so many opportunities with interviews. I was with many recruitment agencies ( being a new graduate with very little experience) I can boldly say CK group made me feel so at peace with constant calls of reassurance, helping me step by step with interview preps and information for my interview. The staff are AMAZING! From the person answering the phone all the way to the individual teams. I can’t thank them enough for the help, they gave me soo much confidence to keep going. I especially loved how comfortable I was with them and just having random chats with my recruiter ( Natasha) she’s truly a star! Even after getting a job, they are still there to help.

With the challenges we face at the moment, finding a job can be a difficult. Fortunately for me CK group changed that for me. I applied for a position and the next day they had reached out to me. That shows you there are on the ball to find potential candidates for their clientele. The transition from applying to starting work was efficient. From my experience a lot of agency’s lack, the communication needed for their job seekers. I recommend CK group.

This recruitment firm was very helpful. My only criticism is that they only get back to you when the employer gives you an offer. Anyone applying for a job knows the nerves associated with waiting for an answer and if you are left waiting indefinitely, it really is terrible. Maybe the company should come up with a system to contact us with an email if we dont get the job then atleast we know.

I like the way they keep in contact with me throughout the application process. Emily was so kind that she gave me a call every now and then to make sure everything is ok.

Given that you asked for these details over email and your recruiter didn't note your GDPR compliance, it is doubtful that you do quality for these certifications. I am grateful that you aspire to follow the law and I know that if you can, you will improve, particularly if people rightly question your recruitment protocol. Thank you for taking the time to reply to me. I am grateful. Since you do recall the issue, have identified me, and have my email, would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of this presumed application that asks you to upload all these personal details about me? Do you ask British citizens to upload copies of their passport? How are you keeping all of your clients information safe? Before I wrote this initial review, to be honest, I was so scared. I thought that I may have been dealing with a con artist impersonating your company. Your verification that this request was from your team puts me at some ease. Stay safe and well. Original review: I was asked illegal questions about my nationality during the call with the representative. Then the rep. emailed me the job description (£5k less than advertised :) ) asking me to prove that I had the right to work in the UK. She asked for my date of birth, my NI number, and for a copy of my IRL, which also contains my picture. She said that the company she is recruiting for requires it as part of the initial application process. Putting a picture on a job application discloses your ethnicity, even before getting to interview. She insisted that this was what the client wanted in the email. I know this is incorrect because I also applied (unknowingly) for the same role at the same company via another recruiter one day beforehand. I am very lucky to know that this is indeed not what the company required in their application, or asks of everyone during the application process. I am happy to provide these details if asked in the future under reasonable circumstances--like an invitation to interview. If anyone can suggest who else I should contact about this so that it doesn't happen to others, please let me know? I am afraid that the CK group is not storing personal data according to GDPR guidelines. There was no mention of it in their note to me asking for all of my personal data/ these details. Please be careful and do check to see if you can work with another company recruiting for the same role. I would not recommend them. They are not fair/ethical. Good luck to you all.
