Terrible customer service. Owners and I had been waiting almost week since order and nobody answered our questions and if they did, hours and days later. Please do not go with these guys unless you want to start your server in maybe a decade time frame.

This hosting company is horrible, they don't want to help you at all. They will have you waiting for a response back after you get that response then you will have to wait again for another response it's just not good! They are always down something is always wrong with the company, It's like they are just here to get the money and then that's it. If you are looking for hosting don't buy their hosting.

The prices are fair for what you get and the support is just amazing! They go above and beyond what you might expect a hosting company would do for their customers. While there were minor issues, they were quickly resolved and we are up and running with our project.
