I was told to f@#k off by the call handler when I asked who UK Choice were? If thats the case I don't chose UK choice. Interesting company.

Horrendous. Can’t give less than one Didn’t ask for a call told them to take me off database and they said why should they? Said it was my number and I’ll get them banned for nuisance phone calls so they put phone down. Who can we register this with to take further??

.... ironic name really as you have no choice because they just talk over you and refuse to take your details off their database. Constant cold calls usually from a 0113 number. Apparently Fred, George and Joe are Indian names, who knew? I just block them after each call as they change the number every time.

I would give no star if an option. UK Choice call centre keeps calling me all the time. Twice today, the first at 08:05 in the morning again. I blocked the number but they just called again from another number. I am registered to not receive cold calls to my phone. When they phoned yesterday my wife answered my mobile phone and they knew her name???? This intrusive annoyance should be stopped and the owners prosecuted.

i get umpteen calls from these Indian blokes i now blow a 120 db whistle down the phone at them . They dont call back on same number , i will keep on blowing whistle at them untill they stop

Unsolicited callers received call from them this morning when I questioned where they got my details they told me it was via a public data base then hung up on me.

Two calls so far today, I have told them they are asking too many questions and not to bother me again, watch this space

I've had up to 7 calls per day

They keep ringing me, sometimes up to 10 times a day from different locations. I tell them to stop but they persist. This is a real nuisance and should not be allowed.

Multiple phone calls from differing numbers despite me telling them to take my details off their system.

This company calls me multiple times a day. I've never used any of it's services. How the hell did they even get my number.

They call me everyday from 7am I have blocked 5 of the numbers they call me off they just keep changing the number, I use my phone for work and I have told them they are blocking up my line they don’t care (I’m going to record all the harassment and sue in small claims court)

This company harassed you!!!!! I am having daily phone calls from mobile numbers. I have asked the callers to remove me from their database and they just hang up! Avoid at all costs and do not give them your mobile, they harass you!!

This company ring me everyday. Everday I tell them to stop and block the number. The next day they ring me on another number!

this company phones me about 3 times every day, an Asian calls me telling me his name is Derek or some other unbelievable name, recites an address that I had 10 years ago, then when I say I do not live there anymore asks my current postcode, I cannot get rid of these people - HELP

I have had a phone call from UK Choice every day for two weeks now. Very early morning and throughout the day. The callers use their own mobile numbers, so there's no way of blocking one number. Has to be done after each call. They say if you answer their questions, they wont call again but I very much doubt that!

Kept ringing me even after I told them to shop. Cold calling against GDPR - need reporting!! Do not use! Now blocked.

I’ve blocked them now but they wanted personal info, with GDPR not sure how they’re getting away with it. I need to report them.

Rubbish support from UKCHOICESHOPS. wanted technical assistance from them regarding replacement buffer for toilet seat. 1st they referred me back to the web site (which id already looked at, and couldn't find a suitable replacement), gave them details measurements etc and they emailed back and said ,'Unfortunately looking through it seems we are unable to match these up.'. I asked for dimensions of their 'buffers' didn't respond. Rubbish Co . I hope their CEO looks at this review page
