The Choc on Choc story started in 2003 in a village near Bath in the UK by a father-daughter team, Kerr Dunlop and Flo Broughton. Kerr is an accomplished inventor (in the 1980s he designed the immensely popular hedgehog boot wiper), and was messing around with chocolate in the kitchen one day, with a recently graduated Flo. Together they were filling moulds shaped as noughts and crosses thinking that they would make rather nice presents for the family. Delivery was prompt. Website was easy to navigate. the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because I thought the chocolate eggs were a bit too thick with chocolate and a bit expensive for the quality. Although they tasted nice

Allowed me to pay for £3.95 1 day delivery for an order that I placed on a Wednesday (easter egg for my niece) which i expected to arrive by the Friday when she was visiting - actually arrived the following Wednesday. I understand the "only guaranteed if before 2pm" - which it wasnt - but there was an extra day. OK, so was it because that day was a bank holiday? Shouldn't have let the order proceed - or at the least refund the 3.95 i paid for a 7 day turnaround.
Customer Service is the most important for me. You were honest to notify me that you were closed over the Easter and delivery would be delayed. This was a gift to my sister in London. It was my fault that I did not order in good time before Easter. Pity you don't deliver to Spain. Thank you

So id ordered the chocolate medical kit for my best friend whos just started working at a hospital i got it as her easter gift....i foynd it but complete accident and was so glad i did she Loved it...anyone can get an easter egg but she especially valued the added thought that went into it and refused to eat it until shed shown her whole family and i just felt the best ever knowing how made up she was because she lives so far away it was just extra special to be able to have it sent directly to her to

Absolutely stunning Easter hamper, really well made, but oh so small!!!!! For the price, I was expecting something quite a bit larger. I ordered it for my friend and her daughter and just felt it was too small for two unfortunately.

I have ordered a few times from choc on choc and never been disappointed. Delicious chocolates and quirky designs. We had a little issue with a missing delivery, which is totally outwith the companies control. Polly from customer services was brilliant and is sorting out a new delivery. Really impressed with the quick responses and helpful resolutions. Would highly recommend
Ordered some quirky chocolate gifts for my sister using my Tesco club card points turned vouchers. It was easy to use the website and plenty to choose from. It was delivered in a very fast time and my sister really enjoyed the chocolate. Would definitely use again.
Honestly, quite disappointed. I ordered a chocolate box which was about £16.50. I realised a couple of days later that Google had auto filled in the wrong delivery address. I emailed back and the response was simply: "Hi Regina, I'm afraid the order has already been dispatched so I am unable to cancel. Best wishes," I just found this to be rather unhelpful. I understand that that it was my mistake initially but honestly it felt like the since she'd sent the order, she'd washed her hands of it. There wasn't even an offer to see if she could have the delivery address changed. I ended up having to buy another set (with next day delivery as I needed up to make a "cake" for my daughters birthday). So I ended up paying out nearly £40 for some dinosaur moulds.
