Delivery seemed to take a while which I thought unusual since I'd received dispatch details and tracking. I reached out to customer service on IG and received a reply the same evening. They apologized and said it looked like the courier had lost it. They rectified this swiftly by offering to put a new order on a next day courier service with DPD. The products arrived and are beautiful. Taste great too and make for fab gifts. It seems Evri aren't too reliable from the other reviews. I'd rather pay a bit more for a DPD delivery than Evri to guarantee the goods 🤩 but overall very happy with the service and will buy again.

Ordered two products that were very well priced. Paid for delivery and they arrived the next day. They were Delivered by Evri on the 'next day' schedule. They arrived on time in the middle of a torrential down pour storm Babet by a surprisingly cheerful driver. On inspection the products were excellent and just what I wanted. Great Christmas presents.

I liked the product but was disappointed the chocs weren't individually wrapped. Was probably my fault, but perhaps info could have been clearer on this?

This company has an extensive range of chocolate products. In fact, I was spoiled for choice recently. So, i ended up purchasing a few small boxes of chocolates gor family and friends. Very quick delivery times.

Parcel didn’t arrive but they did send another in place which arrived today. Two items in one box broken but can be easily fixed, they did come far so I feel delivery was a little shaky as the parcel was well packed. They look great and I can’t wait to try them. Thank you Edit: they have emailed me and hopefully my order will arrive tomorrow

The parcel arrived in time which was great.The five stars I gave you was for the chocolate itself when I opened up the packaging. One criticism though! I was out when the package arrived and found it had been left on my doorstep which faces south. The sun was shining and I had a horrible thought the chocolate might have begun to melt.Fortunately it hadn’t but had I been a way for longer it might have!

Have bought quite a few of these different chocolates for presents ,and they have always loved them especially the novelty ones ,I bought the breakfast 1 as my Daughter loves a cooked breakfast

Order was damaged during delivery and another sent in it's place - great, but no replica of card enclosed to the recipient to say who it was from. Not a good experience with you this time.
