Absolutely disgusted they have stole from us trusted them with our funeral plans what a big mistake lost it all put money in their own account instead of trust golden charter ,absolutely no intention off paying it back to us or anyone else ,they should not be allowed to get away with it , now gone out of business we are disabled pensioners ,you have no morals what so ever you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves , you just never answered your phone what a dispicable man I hope you read this imagine this happening to your loved ones . We now have no funeral plans and are retired can’t get that money to pay again feel so sorry for everyone you have done this too and there is a lot

Absolutely appalling and frankly disgusting service from Cherish Funeral Director- Avoid this company at all costs. We paid for a colleagues direct funeral (as the family did not have the funds to do so) Cherish were quick to take payment but we have struggled to get any answers out of them recently as to the whereabouts of this man or his ashes. None of their phone lines are working and they are not replying to any emails. Appalling and the family are very distressed. If you know of any way to contact them please let me know

Have nothing but positive comments about Cherish in Walsall. From first contact to the funeral service, everything was done professionally and courteously. Cassie did a great job and we were more than pleased with the whole process and the respect shown throughout. Would certainly recommend.

Tim and the Cherish team made the process simple and easy, especially with there up-front package pricing. This was a comfort as we were dealing with passing that was quick and unexpected. It took away the unknown of funeral pricing and made it pain and transparent. As it should be. On the day, the service we lovely, respectful and a nice celebration of the deceases life.

Cherish arranged a Funeral Service at St Mary the Virgin Church, Harby on 1st March for a client. All went ahead as planned and it was a wonderful service. However Cherish have failed to pay the Church for the service despite many requests for payment which is still outstanding 4 months later. If this company cannot pay its bills I wonder what other short cuts it is taking?

Trish at Coalville was very caring and professional throughout. She helped us cope so well with the loss of our daughter and all the details that follow. The organisation of the funeral service on the day by Matt was done with loads of dignity and support for the family, nothing was too much trouble. Our independant Celebrant was Suzanne Buckeridge who was excellent as usual in looking after all the content of the service. We just couldn't have had a better team to look after us and give our daughter the meaning of her passing.

A personal service with nothing too much trouble. A moving and fitting tribute to our Dad with all inclusive costs clearly laid out and plenty of liaison with the family in the lead up to the final committal. The personalised order of service with numerous photographs and seeds of Forget-Me-Nots are beautiful and we will treasure them.

Many Thanks to James and the people at cherish. They treated us with kindness and respect and guided us through a difficult process. We had the funeral that we wanted. We were never rushed or pushed in anyway. At every step of the process they were clear about pricing and excellent at communication.

They took a lot of worry out of planning the whole thing. They include the book of memorial, flowers and seeds. With what we saved I could afford my Father a horses and carriage and bagpipes. Tim was extremely helpful and even answered the phone on Sunday and in the evening. Carol and Helen were amazing too. One slight confusion, I was told if my dad died of Sepsis then I would have to pay extra over £300 for a special embarment. As opposed to over a hundred for a normal one. I checked this with several other funeral homes and they had never heard of it. After they picked up the body I was told that it didn't say Sepsis and I wouldn't have to have him embarmed. The day before the funeral I was then told he did have Sepsis and I couldn't afford the special embarment and my sisters were unable to view him at the Chappel of rest. On the whole I was very satisfied, they were very very professional and Tim even kept his cool when I was annoyed with the procedure. I will be contacting them very soon to organise my own funeral plan.

Cherish made this sad occasion so easy for me. Carol is so efficient and good at her job I cant recommend them enough. The funeral day ran so smoothly and everyone commented how well it went. They are very professional all of them but Carol helped and advised me all the way as well as having a great sense of humour which made life brighter.

Saying goodby is a very personal thing Cherish included small things that made Debi's funeral a happy sad occasion. Friendly, helpful staff who do not rush you in & out don't presser you to spend more money, staff who care about you and your loved one.
