Wrote a review at the end of December about how ineffective the 20% Sativa 2000mg was for my back pain and sleep. The Trust Pilot published response from Anothercbdcompany was very positive saying that it was possibly the wrong type of oil and that they would send me a different replacement, even listed the personal email address I should write to. However, three emails and two months later Aaron failed to reply to my emails and never sent any replacement oil. I never expected to get something for nothing, I actually wrote that I would be happy to pay for an oil that actually might work. Just think it’s really poor customer service to not live up to your promises. Does make you wonder if this offer was made in the public forum just to give the appearance of good customer service? Come on anothercbdcompany sort out your customer service and live up to your public promises.
