Absolutely great customer service, I opened a support ticket late Sunday afternoon and marked it as low priority so didn’t expect a reply for 2-3 days. Monday morning I had a reply to my query which I wasn’t expecting but very much appreciated, not only did they explained the solution to my query but they also carried out the required changes to my account.
All I can say is this guy Philip is a pro and he is very capable of what he is doing. He setup my domain and hosting in 1 hour and everything was basically was ready, including WordPress and WooCommerce in half a day!
Rapid response to my queries and problems, definetly recommend.
