A very friendly helpful service. Lynne was extremely thorough. Used the sound booth and all the latest instruments to determine my hearing needs. She certainly went the extra mile to make sure my new hearing aids worked well, including fully blue toothed to my phone to receive calls and play music from my Spotify account. I couldn't be happier. Lynne also visited my mother in a local care home to carry out a hearing test, wax removal and and service her hearing aids.

Contacted Lynne this morning in a bit of a panic due to trying to clean my ears out myself and getting a bit of the tool I was using stuck in my ear - Lynne managed to fit me in a couple of hours later (she only told me off a little bit 🤣). Lynne was lovely - extremely friendly and chatty - put me at ease - gave me lots of advice about how to look after my clogged ears. Left being able to hear again! Will definitely be returning. Thank you.

I've been visiting for years for both my mother and myself. The service is both friendly and professional, with lots of good advice and no hard sell. So much better than the large chain places. The owner Lynne has years of experience as an audiologist so is well placed to give good advice. She is very patient and takes care to make sure my Mum understands what's being said.
