This delivery was to replace Postcrete bags that were damaged during the initial delivery. I requested a single bag replacement as I managed to save almost enough from the two damaged bags to create one bag (albeit it buckets). However, Charlton insisted on replacing both. This was going the extra mile and was much appreciated. I will definitely be using them again.
