Just want to give Chania Rentals five stars, the villa was lovely, spotlessly clean and better than described (they need to include the lovely view from the terrace to the mountains on the website!). We appreciated all their help (sourcing a DVD player and filling the pool for us early in the season) and the mid-stay cleaning service which was included. All in all a great villa and great service.

Easy to book villa through Chania rentals with enquiries responded to quickly and nice easy website to work with. Deposit payment processed easily without the additional costs of international bank transfer. We could not have been made more welcome by our generous and considerate hosts when we arrived. The villa was just what we were after. Plenty of space, everything you could wish for a really comfortable stay and well set up.

Our family of six visited this villa recently and from the off received excellent service. The Villa itself was as expected and the owner very efficient and was at the villa waiting for us. Everything was first class and we would certainly rent again.

We have recently booked a villa for the summer of 2015 from the website. The staff have been extremely helpful with advice and very prompt and professional in response to inquiries. If the villa itself matches the excellent photos on the website and the standard of service we have received so far, then we are sure to have a wonderful holiday.

The rental process was very quick and friendly. We got information the same day we sent out our request of the villa we wanted to rent. The website is easy-to-use.

Chania rentals was a really easy site to use, well laid out and with a good amount of information on each property. The selection of properties was great, very high quality. Very easy process to book, pay the deposit and then the final payment. Any questions were dealt with quickly and I would happily recommend the site. We had a great holiday in an excellent villa.

I have found them very helpful when booking the holiday Villa and requesting information. I needed to change the dates slightly after I'd booked for next year 2015 and paid my deposit...they were very fast and efficient in helping me.Also helpful and friendly with all email contact.

After having looked for more then two month for THE perfect house in Crete to celibrate my 50th birthday, I stumbled over the page of Chania Rentals. I was estonished to find the same houses for better prices then on the more common pages, like b..king, Tr...Ad..and others. Contact was easy and friendly via chat, and I got all informations immediately. I am looking forward to discover the villa I rented and will not miss to give you a report asap. I will rate only 4 stars now, as I haven't seen the house yet..:-)

This is the first time I,ve used Chania Rentals and they were excellent. There was always a quick response to emails and helpful advice. The villa was gorgeous and the owners friendly. I arranged car hire through Chania Rentals and that all went smoothly. The car was great. I would definitely use them all again.

Everything was perfectly organized. I am talking about vila and car rentals. First of all the pre payment was made on online, no extra charge for making a deposit! A man was waiting for us at the airport with the car, no waiting on large queues, searching for credit cards and so on. Good and quick comunication, you dont have to wait the opposite answer with days. Just send your requirements and look if there is a cold beer at the fridge!

These guys will treat you like royalty from the word go and help to arrange everything your likely to need for your stay! This is the fourth time that I have used them and it is now like dealing with friends! Came home from Crete 4am Sunday morning and have already checked with them for next year. Try them, you wont be disappointed!
