My chaise longue arrived on Saturday ahead of schedule and it’s beautiful, the quality is amazing. I had one small issue with the colour of the legs which I’d chosen but Adam and Jon have been so helpful, and they have arranged for new legs to be made and fitted, what a service 5 stars! We found The Chaise Longue Company on the internet, and placing an order with an unknown company we felt was a bit of a gamble. But we emailed them, asking for material samples and enquiring about various options. The swatches arrived two days later, with four options costed, including delivery to our fairly remote house. We phoned to clarify some minor points, were given clear explanations, made decisions, and placed the order. Half of the cost payable at that time, the remainder after delivery. Estimated delivery - 4 -6 weeks. Order placed 26th Jan, CL arrived 11th March. It is exactly as ordered. The workmanship is superb. It is not cheap ( you would be suspicious if it was!) but it is excellent value for money. We love it, and have absolutely no quibbles - and absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and everyone.

I am delighted with my new chaise longue. The whole experience has been easy and the guys were very patient as I searched for the precise material I wanted...which I eventually found. It is worth spending the effort to get it right as hopefully you will live with it for a long time.
