They made the entire process so easy for me. We managed to book the survey in really quickly and they got the report back to me in 2 days. It was a great service and would use again.

Avoid using this company at all costs and DO NOT be swayed by price or convenience. The surveyor came to the detached 4 bed property for a building survey and spent barely 2 hours there. Even the vendor remarked on how 'cheeky' it was for him to stroll around the property barely doing anything after she had been asked to take a day off work. The surveyor took a few measly pictures and pasted some generic information in a report. The report was rushed, sloppy and underwhelming. When I challenged this via email I was emailed a load of excuses and then eventually told by Alaa Ali that they "did not have time to keep going over my concerns". They mentioned that the surveyor was there for more than two hours which can be proven by a picture that was taken before he knocked on the door. Absolute nonsense. THEY COULD NOT EVEN SPELL MY NAME CORRECTLY IN THE CORRESPONDENCE PROVIDED TO ME! So it is really to no surprise that the survey itself was very undesirable. FIND A COMPANY THAT CAN DO A GOOD JOB! A house is the biggest purchase of your life and you need to take the time to get the right company. I do not recommend this company at all!

C & C Surveying were absolutely magnificent to deal with. Quotations were provided promptly and were competitive compared to other companies. I was given site visit timeframes of greater than a month from other companies who were much more expensive. C & C Surveying managed to arrange a site visit of the property within a week (which was nothing short of a miracle in the during the pandemic and nearing Christmas) of my quotation and then shortly after delivered a homebuyer report which was detailed but easy to understand for lay person such as myself. All in all I would definitely recommend C & C Surveying and will definitely be calling them should I plan to put in an offer for another property. Thank You!

We had two surveys done on 2 separate houses. Both were delivered within 5 days and were very extensive. The survey helped us to decide whether to carry on with our purchase and I would highly recommend using C&C Surveying. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful, especially the surveyor who explained the survey in more detail over the phone. Very happy!

Even during this busy period C&C were able to quickly book me in and get my level 2 survey completed. The report following the survey arrived within 24 hours which was excellent and ahead of schedule & was well written and easy to understand

I organised a home buyers survey with C and C Surveying due to their availability just before Christmas which was subsequently cancelled on the day by the seller of the house because her son came down ill and had potential covid symptoms and didn't want to risk it. This was then rescheduled for a month later which I've had to cancel (with 3 weeks notice) due to time constraints. Even though it is not my fault, C and C are still charging me 50% of the fee. Although it states in their terms and conditions - I think they need to be more considerate in this current climate.

A clear and efficient process. Report is clearly laid out and relatively easy to read. However, some of the jargon used could be made clearer as to what this means.

Excellent service. Staff were helpful and speedy when it came to booking an appointment. The survey itself was clear, thorough and responded to questions about the property that we raised beforehand. We'd definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with C&C for my recent Homebuyers survey. The report came back quickly, was detailed and easy to follow, and the surveyor gave me a call to explain some follow up questions that I had.

Quick and professional service

I needed a very quick turn around due to pressure from the seller of my property. C&C were extremely helpful and accommodating (Rebecca was particularly helpful!) They made the process extremely easy and communicated well with the estate agent. l. The report was comprehensive and the price for the SSI was competitive compared to others I looked at.

The service from the administrative staff was excellent, the communication was prompt and clear. The actual survey was clear and comprehensive. The language used in the report was succinct, it was well structure and easy to understand and contained clear illustrative photographs. The report arrived within the specified time, five working days, and although we did not need a follow up call with the surveyor this service was available. This has unfortunately been our 3rd survey this year and was definitely the most efficient service. I would certainly use C and C Surveying again.
