Surveyor was very helpful in explaining what the survey entailed and was very professional and pleasent throughout.
Had a level 3 survey carried out by C&C on a property I am in the process of buying. Cannot fault the quality of the survey. It’s 72 pages. Very comprehensive and detailed with lots of photos and aspects of the property graded in green, amber and red for requiring attention. I had a survey carried out by a smaller firm on a previous property back in 2019, also a level 3, however, this was 28 pages in length so substantially less detail than that carried out by C&C. In terms of value, C&C were cheaper than most other quotes, so no complaints there! Also cannot fault the turnaround time, with the survey being carried out within 48 business hours of my booking, and the written report emailed to me the following day after the surveyor visited. This was a massive bonus as I was working to a very tight schedule. Office staff were all superbly helpful and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend C&C and I would definitely use again in the future. 10/10 from me.
It has been a pleasure allowing C&C surveying to carry out a Home to Buy RICS level 2 valuation at a property we want to buy. Natalie Foot was the one that got in touch with me after we carried out a search on compare market, and her detailed explanation prompted me to go ahead with them. We received our report within the time frame we were told it will be ready. The report is well detailed with photographs of every part of the house which was very reassuring. I chose C&C due to the good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. They were very responsive and arranged a survey within 2 working days. The survey was detailed with plenty of photographs and good advice, I felt that the price was very competitive.
After putting my details in a comparison site on "comparemymove" i received 6 quotes and C&C gave me the best quote and upon reading up on the reviews it was a no brainer to choose this company to carry out a RICS L2 survery on a property i am looking to purchase. Only slight issue that happened was I registered my details on 9 January, by 13 January i didnt receive contact to confirm the survey was booked. I emailed Zaynah on 13 January and within the hour she responded and got in booked it immediately for the 19 January. The survey was undertaken and i received my report on the 20 January!!!!!!!! I Was very impressed. The report was very detailed and clear, the overall summary was perfect as i know there are a few things which need addressing immediately. I am very happy with the service provided by the company and i would recommend.
Incredibly quick turn around on a level 2 survey, the detail exceeded what i was expecting and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. This all came in a very reasonably priced package too!
