I started to use the CBD oil about 5-6 weeks ago. I started on the 600mg then after 2-3 weeks moved to the 1000mg. After 4-5 weeks I have started to feel the improvement in my knees and hand. I suffer with psoriatic arthritis and I have had this for meant years now and use many different meds. After years of suffer and hearing about the CBD oils I decided to give it a try and I'm glad that I did. Also sleeping is alot better and my headache are less frequent than before. It's a must try in my eyes for anyone but do give it chance to get into your system. But remember it's not a miracle.

No adverse effects, but not much change as yet. Will give it time.
