The first time we ordered the paste from this site it was excellent. I was actually really excited to have found a product that worked. However, the second time we ordered it, the item did not dispense from its applicator properly. We contacted the company, and to be fair to them, they were fantastic and replaced it immediately. Unfortunately, the replacement also didn't work properly. On contacting them, they said they would refund yesterday morning - they have not done that. They expect us to return the item with no promise of our money back - I'm afraid I don't trust them anymore and am very disappointed in their lack of customer service. This wasn't a cheap item either.

First class company good products and easy to contact

I get the Salmon Oil for my elderly cat with arthritis. It seems to help her mobility and pain levels and has made her generally happier in her old age

Quick delivery and good quality product. Use the paste for arthritis and sleep. Not sure if it helps sleep but rarely have to take pain killers for arthritis. Only gripe, can't see when I'm running out.

I have been buying CBD oil for my dog well over a year now! Prior to considering CBD oil for my dog I had rang to discuss recommendations/dosages to my size pet, I received extremely in-depth knowledge which made me feel more confident about trying CBD oil for my pet who has osteoarthritis in his lumber, he also completely snapped his right curiate last July by Jan 23 with hydro therapy, low dosages of Gabapentin which he was on two tablets morning, two in evening he’s now on “one”gabapentin tablet I’ve been able to cut right back on prescribed meds as the CBD oil has really helped I feel the salmon oil with CBD oil has my dog walking, even jumping around playing with his fur sister, back in July my dog couldn’t lift his backend. I’ve been able to avoid operation on his leg due to the methods & pain relief put in place (my vet is amazed on how well my dog is doing without knee op & having osteoarthritis in lumber) mixture of methods & CBD oil has given my 9 year Shiba Inu his life back, he’s not able to go on long walks like he once did as I still have duty & care to over see his osteoarthritis condition in lumbar but he’s up moving around/garden access not in his bed feeling sorry for himself with no quality of life which he was like prior to methods of treatment & CBD oil…. I suffer similar issue with my back I have transitional sacral lumba with disc damage would like to try CDB oil however I am on Thyriod medication so unable to trial it. I have been given other CBD oil links to try their oils however I have had such a good result with the oils I use from CBD.Uk that my loyalty with them. I recommend them for their oils & believe my dog hydrotherapy now buys oils for her dogs… I have had such a positive experience with using CBD oil Uk that I will remain to recommend them to clients or people I know for their pets. Thank you CBD.Uk for good business the only disclaimer I can say is when I asked to trail the CBD oil for myself I was told I’d receive in post & never received anything (I’m now back on my thyroid meds, so I don’t think I’d be able use oil had it arrived) otherwise excellent oil for pets & highly recommend.

Amazing products and fast delivery. Nick is always on hand for advice and to recommend the best products. I buy the salmon oil and capsules for my dogs and I buy the sweets for myself. I suffer with anxiety and stress, the sweets help me to relax and to sleep at night. My dogs have joint problems and two of the dogs have had cancer. The CBD has been a god send for them. We've had no more nasty lumps and the dogs seem alot happier on the oil and capsules. I wouldn't buy anywhere else

Second time buyer. These guys just keep impressing. Ordered a pack of 3 10ml 1000mg CBD for under £100! Then! They go and throw in a 10ml 500mg CBD for free! I love their products. Will definitely be using again

Was a little sceptical at first but the CBD oil I got works wonders for my anxiety. I got the "signature" 10ml 1000mg/10% CBD oil. It tastes good and more importantly it works. Received an email when my order was dispatched saying it would arrive in a couple of days. That was a Saturday. Emailed on Tuesday asking about my order and they responded pretty much instantly and gave me a tracking number for royal mail the customer service is spot on. The order arrived Wednesday. These guys are getting orders out within 3 days of purchase during the pandemic, I'm extremely happy with that wait time. Highly recommend. Will be purchasing from CBD-UK again. Oh, and they're very reasonably priced with such a quality product :)
