Couldn't be happier with the level of service.
Cartridges delivered promptly as ordered. Haven't used them yet but expect there to be no problems. Saved me big money compared to buying a 'genuine' Brother cartridge. As printer is well out of warranty and it cost less than present replacement cost of genuine cartridge, I am very happy so far.

There was an initial issue with the cartridge chip being incompatible with my latest printer firmware but Eric identified the problem and sent me a new chip same day - no debate, no delay, no grumbling, no hesitation whatsoever. A perfect example of how to resolve a customer problem. I will never go anywhere else for toner again.
