They really took the time to understand my requirements and budget, explained lots of detail to me between different types of carpet - pros and cons etc so that I could make an educated decision. The initial survey was also helpful to point out some gaps that builders needed to sort before the fit. Honestly a great experience from initial ideation to sourcing and fitting.

Harvey was available promptly to meet, measure and provide quotation for the replacement of all carpeting at our rental property. I had both my bedrooms fitted by the Carpet Gallery Chiswick. They have a large selection of high quality carpets & made to order rugs to choose from and their service was extremely professional. The fitters were clearly very experienced and skilled with the installation. I strongly recommend them over high street brand suppliers and I will be contacting them again soon to have a rug made for my living room.
