I bought back from them in 2017 a diagnose tool for 2 BMW that I look after. No problem until today and i hope no problem in the future. The only issue I had at the time was to activate diagnose sofware I got as well from them. I had to leave the laptop over night for they're specialists activate a licence, because of local time difference couple of time I could not get hold of anyone to fix the issue.. but they fixed once for all.

Never buy from them. I asked about delivery time and they said 7 wirking days. Item goes from china and if I will be lucky I grt item for 3 months.

Don’t shop from this company, they dont have any thing home even if they say so, they order from china!!

Cardiagtool is BAD company, I bought bought DAF VCI lite from them, three months later device failed. I contacted them and they asked me to ship back for repair, I did it. They received my device since April, once received they don't response my e-mail, WhatsApp until today. Find below FEDEX tracking number 812316631064 everyone can have a look. Bad company after getting your money be sure they don't provide you any support.

Buy from them because they will ship from UK and no additional taxes but they send from China and I have 30% additional taxes. Don't answer on email. No communication with them.

I bought a Volvo Vida dice. The item does not work. Cardiagtool.co.uk don't take responsibility for it. They don't answer my emails correct. They want me to send it back. That's alright with me, but it cost about 160$ for me. I can't make them understand that. They should pay for the return not me. This is the worst company in the world. Do newer buy anything from them. All they do is taking your money.

VXTRUCK V8 механизм, обещает, что это устройство выполняет множество функций и стабильно работает со всеми этими программами диагностики, в действительности она не работает вообще. Я пытался в течение года, чтобы переустановить программу, потому что я думаю, что проблема программ, но в конце концов понял, что проблема заключается в том же устройстве, пи для подключения любой из автомобилей не увенчались успехом.       Я послал дефектный продукт назад, но деньги до сих пор не вернулся, все время всякие оговорки, которые еще не были выполнены.      Очень плохой продукт, и очень плохое отношение к клиенту.

Paid to get device with extra programs and never got it.. Now would not even answer to emails - Skype etc.. Paid 220€ extra.. And not even sure that device will work as I need Windows 7 version from program.. DON*T BUY..!! I have said that I change my review as soon I get program, but let's see how it goes..

I have bought off cardiag a few times, i even won a lexia 3 in their christmas competition, any questions are answered promptly, items sent are tracked or at least when i have bought off them its been tracked, always cautious when buying from another country but no problems with this company.
