Consegna avvenuta con 10 giorni di ritardo, ma a parte questo, mi hanno mandato un articolo diverso da quello che avevo scelto io, dicendomi che il bianco ordinato non era disponibile e mi avrebbero mandato il rosso, e fin lì tutto bene, ma quando ho aperto il pacco ho trovato un articolo diverso (il tutto senza avviso) . Prodotti molto carini ma non ordinerò MAI più tutto. Do 1 stella solo perché non posso darne 0. P. S: per farli rispondere alle email bisogna fare la domanda al papa.

Molto scorretti. Articoli non uguali alle foto del sito. Non avevano un articolo da me precedentemente ordinato ed anno pensato arbitrariamente di aggiungerne un altro articolo che non avevo richiesto. Dovevano avvertirmi in modo da darmi la possibilità di Annullare L'ordine.

Habe mir vor kurzem etwas dort bestellt. Die Lieferung war nach 2 Wochen dann auch angekommen, allerdings nicht vollständig. Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice darüber informiert und das einzige was ich von Ihnen zu hören bekommen habe ist: das meine Sendung bei mir angekommen ist und sie keine weiteren Schritte einleiten werden um mir meine restlichen bestellten sachen zuzuschicken.

A encomenda chegou em cerca de 5 dias, bons produtos, muito originais, boa qualidade, igual aos das fotos. Faltava um item, no entanto trataram rapidamente, dando um vale de 5€ de compras. Irei voltar a encomendar.

ordered something. no immediate email from the website that the order was placed, while it was been paid with paypal. two days later and 5 emails from me, just an automatic email: 'to be shipped' then 'canceled' then 'to be shipped' and the a refund without any comment... please, be professional! never had this with other companies. and why is the site in Dutch, while the shipping comes from Spain? Very confusing. /////////////////////////// your reply is even worse, can you delete my email adress from your comment please? against all regulations from the GDPR!
