Carrie and Scott were absolutely fantastic and are an amazing team. We could not recommend them more. Long before the wedding, Scott was amazing about walking us through the process and explaining to us how he works, from the pre-wedding shoot through to the end of the wedding night. He was confident and comforting, but not in any way arrogant. Carrie was fantastic at responding quickly to any enquiries we had about any aspect of the process. She was so kind and patient and seemed genuinely eager to help! Scott was incredibly helpful on the wedding day, helping to make last minute decisions with us, working with the venue to get timings right, and keeping Louise and I happy and excited throughout the day. He was noticeable only when he wanted to be, and stayed perfectly out of the way for the important moments. They quickly turned around a wonderful selection of photos to us in just a few days for us to share with guests, family, and friends that couldn't make the trip, and are going to have the rest of the photos back to us in on a very short timeline. We can highly recommend CameraShy after our recent experience with them for our wedding. Scott immediately put us both at ease during our pre-wedding shoot, giving us tips on how to photograph well with each other. He was funny and relaxed which put my husband at ease quickly resulting in more natural photos. Carrie was super quick at responding to any queries that we had throughout the whole journey. They gave us very high quality images just after the wedding and worked hard to get our album to us in time for Christmas which was an unexpected bonus for us. Scott not only brought his photography skills on the day, but offered some great advice and even helped detangle jewellery! They're both loads of fun, our guests all enjoyed Scott's wit but he was also professional and you couldn't ask for better service. We loved our photos and great compositions so we now have a beautiful record of our perfect day.

Scott and Carrie made us feel at ease from the moment we had our first zoom meeting. I was so nervous about getting my picture taken as I’m quite self conscious and Scott made me forget the camera was even there! He made us both laugh from beginning to end of our wedding day. Scott is so creative and made sure any visions I had came to life. I couldn’t fault one thing. As US citizens getting married in Edinburgh we had to make many decisions with not a great deal of research. We could not have made a better choice with Camerashy. Scott was wonderful and very creative in photographing our wedding. It was a wonderful experience! Carrie was great in helping us pick the perfect wedding album. We can’t recommend them enough.

Scott and Carrie are an absolutely fantastic team and would highly recommend them! As soon as we seen Scott's photos we knew we wanted him as our photographer! Carrie is amazing, she deals with everything behind the scenes and nothing is too much trouble. She is very quick at getting back to you - even if they are on holiday or on a night out! We had our pre-wedding photo shoot a couple of months before our wedding at our venue and it made a massive difference on they day as you knew what to expect. We found this very helpful and was so glad that the photoshoot was part of the package. Scott had done a lot of weddings at our venue so knew the best places in the grounds to get photos. We had the most amazing day and Scott captured it so perfectly! He made us feel at ease on the day and was a diamond when he was looking in my car for my knickers and doing up my dress! Our photos are absolutely amazing and they are so natural which we love - he really is the best! We got 691 photos and we were not really aware of him taking any apart from the group photos! Scott captured every moment of the day so brilliantly and we loved looking though all our photos. Carrie is responsible for all the background work and kept us up to date with the correspondence, answering questions quickly and keeping the whole process stress free. My husband had booked Camerashy to capture our surprise engagement photos and instantly we knew we would book Scott for our wedding! What a team Scott & Carrie are! Carrie is always super quick to respond (weekday or weekend!) No question is too much of a bother or a silly question and she really joins in on the countdown for the wedding aswell! Post wedding Carrie has been amazing, giving us timescales and linking in letting us know the photos are nearly ready which is great when the family ask daily when they are due! Absolutely amazing customer service! I cannot shout loud enough about how brilliant Scott is. You can tell from the get go how experienced and professional he is. From the minute Scott walked in he could tell how nervous I was and instantly calmed me down, not only does Scott capture your getting ready photos but he helps with everything else in the morning, helping move things and even fixing the dress if needed! Scott is super organised and has full control of the crowd to make sure photos are done nice and promptly to maximise your big day. He takes you away later in the day which felt like the perfect time to have a break away from everyone and spend some one on one time along with capturing beautiful photos. I love every single photo Scott sent over. There was not a single one I was not keen on. Scott really does know how to get a great picture. I love the variety he offers with some staged/posed but also lots of natural shots that I didn’t even know he captured. We will definitely be using Camerashy for all big life events! My wife and I had the pleasure of having Scott capture our big day and we can say, without doubt, it would not have been the same without him! His professionalism and talent shone throughout the day and even ended up with a boogie on the dancefloor as he wrapped up his time with us - enforced by the groom! We met Scott and Carrie and a wedding fair and they were instantly so warm and kind. We could tell straight away that Scott would bring the right energy for our wedding and Carrie was an absolute saint with all the admin, I love a rapid email (chef kiss)! The pre day shoot is something I think was invaluable to making things on the day go so smoothly. We were more comfortable in front of the camera and were armed with some great tips from Scott. On the day itself not only did Scott take some insanely beautiful photos but he provided a calm and efficient energy ensuring we got a lot of time with our guests and even sequestering us to have 10 minutes to ourselves. Scott’s experience in the wedding industry just shines through, helping with things well outside the photographers usual remit, button holes, veil placement, dress fastenings and producing various items from his vest. We had so many compliments from our guest, who just absolutely loved him. I think the most important thing I can get across is that Scott takes amazing photos so that is a given if booking with Camerashy but it is everything else that Scott and Carrie bring to their business that just makes them so amazing and a delight to have as part of your day!!

Carrie and Scott really are the dream team! From the moment we met them at a wedding fair we knew we were in safe hands. The entire process has been seamless, with incredible communication throughout. Carrie has been fantastic with answering any questions we have and providing us with all of the information we needed promptly and professionally. We were blown away with Scott's knowledge and enthusiasm for photography and were so excited to work with him even after our initial consultation. The opportunity to have a pre-wedding shoot was great. Scott gave us lots of pointers on how to stand and made us feel comfortable and had a laugh the whole time. When it came to the big day, Scott really knew what he was doing! He was the picture of calm and that radiated across the whole wedding party. He went above and beyond, equipped with paracetamol, tissues... you name it, he had it, along with priceless advice. During the ceremony we didn't realise he was there at all until it was time for him to take the lead on confetti shots. Our guests and even supplied were talking about him for so long afterwards, it almost felt like he was a guest! He was so friendly and warm and incredible with the kids, playing games with them, putting them at ease in a way that even we don't manage sometimes as parents! Our photos are beautiful, he captured everything on our list and so many incredible candid shots that really filled in the day and brought memories back to life. Camerashy is really worth every penny and so much more and we cannot recommend them enough!

If you’re looking for a wedding photographer then seriously you’ve found what you were looking for! Carrie and Scott are the dream team. From start to finish they were so professional and went above and beyond to make everything seamless. We loved getting the opportunity to have a shoot prior to our big day. This allowed us to relax in front of the camera and also gave us so many hints and tips on how to stand/ hold ourselves etc. More importantly we had a hoot of a time and we just knew from there that on the day we were in for a treat. On our big day Scott worked closely with our other vendors and as well as being our photographer he was also our “go to” for the running of the morning. He kept the mood so calm and him being so organised left us feeling at ease knowing he was going to capture exactly what we wanted! We just simply had to sit back, relax (and drink champagne) and he worked away at his magic! He caught everything we could have wanted and more. Scott and Carrie from the moment we contacted them were just both so fabulous! Carrie is just a saint! Both of us not being the most comfortable with getting our photos taken, Scott took all this on board and made sure we felt at ease. On the day of the wedding, Scott was the life and soul! Feedback from the guests was he was one of the best parts of the wedding. Super professional, but also extremely warm and helpful and incredibly funny!!!! We hired Camerashy Photography for our wedding. We loved both Scott and Carrie as soon as we met them. They were both so easy to talk to and were absolute professionals which is what you want for your wedding day. They were so good at communicating throughout the process and keeping us up to date with what they needed prior to the big day. Scott took us out for a pre-wedding shoot which helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera and he even went out to scope out our venue prior to our wedding day to find the best spots for taking photos. He arrived on time for the big day and was so helpful throughout. He was good at making sure we got all the shots we wanted and calling out everyone to get the group shots. He was a pleasure to work with! We absolutely loved our photos when they arrived. The colours of the photos are gorgeous and the shots he took were beautiful. We will cherish them forever! I cannot begin to describe how incredible Scott and Carrie are. I had actually spotted Scott before my now husband proposed and booked him on the Monday after Andy got down on one knee on the Saturday (trust me I wasn't missing out on this photographer!) Carrie was superb from the get go, in terms of communication, setting up calls, getting the contract sent out and just in general is one of life's good souls. Our photographs from the pre-wedding shoot to the actual day are nothing short of amazing. So many people have commented on them and how incredible they are. I actually said to Andy the other day, I want to work with them again in the future if we can to which he replied, who are you marrying like? (haha!) My advice would be do not hesitate to book Scott! He's a top guy, very relaxed and just chats to you like you have been friends for like 10 years. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

The pre-wedding shoot was really helpful as we could see what we did and didn't like. Scott was fantastic on our wedding day. He didn't just stand by and take photo's, he helped out with everything including my dress! He captured all of the photos we asked for and there were a lot of them, and some brilliant candid pics.
