Scammers! I ordered cake and flowers for my husband’s birthday and there is no response from then since the payment. There was no delivery until now.

Very bad experience. Not professional.Took high cost of money & Not followup properly & will delay timings.

Summary : The cake got delivered but several hours after, despite paying for morning delivery, didn't get sugar free as asked and didn't even get the cake I ordered. For my Father's birthday, ordered a cake and paid extra for their '8:30 to 10:00AM' delivery. The ordering process seems a bit shady since after paying you only get the payment confirmation from the payment provider and nothing from this vendor. From the time of order till the delivery, there are zero updates on whether order will be made on time. I got a bit worried and reached their customer care a couple days before delivery and they said 'it will be delivered'. On the day of delivery, the cake did not get delivered on time and instead my Mom and I both had to chase customer service, who now promised to deliver by 5pm. Eventually a cake was delivered but it was not sugar free (I paid extra for sugar free as my Father is diabetic) and it was not even the flavor I asked for. I asked for a refund atleast for my early delivery costs that they could not do and have not got a response back. I would strongly avoid this company, given their poor attitude to the customer and almost careless attitude.

Very bad service. I booked a cake for my husband birthday and it was not delivered on time, infact they take full payment and inform you that there is no staff available. I have full WhatsApp conversation. Totally disaster. Never ever boo your anything for your special occasion it will be completely ruined.

Paid extra 250 rupees for early morning delivery, but order not delivered at all No one picks up the phone, no replies on whatsapp chat either.

They are fraud. Please don't trust this page and order. Took 800 rupees and nothing in return

Worst experience, they say they will deliver they will charge you and after that at the time of delivery they will say sorry we can't deliver your products

Hoping this would reach as many ppl as possible out there.. This is a fake site. Do not order anything from here. They will only take the money and have a fake order ID.. there is no update on anything.. And response is late to none. I will make sure to put in every platform possible of this fake gift shop that only takes in money.

How are these guys even having 1 star. They are scamming people. This is not a genuine account. I ordered flowers for a special occasion. The response received until u complete your order is quite promising. They charge additional money for same day delivery and don’t respond back to you. I regret ordering from this website without checking any reviews. Order was not delivered and they give a casual response saying rose is not available in market and it will be delivered tomorrow. So un professional response. They don’t care about what you talk and they just disconnect your call and don’t respond back again. Never ever order from this website.

Cakegift was not good to place the orders, they were not delivered my order on time, and the order that I have placed was not delivered same to recipient.

Fraud company they just take the booking once they got the online payment then they never calls you or receive your call also never delivers the order.

I won't recommend Cakegift. Quite unprofessional service,Moment i checked their site I got messages n calls on order placement,i then placed an order for a wedding flower bouquet,once i did the payment,then they didn't respond to any of my further messages nor calls neither we get any message on the delivery update .I was fed up trying to check if it reached on time.

It's a fake website, after order is placed it was cancelled and my money was not refunded even after 3 months.

I paid 600 for a bunch of roses for my mom’s bday… i think they shud not even open a flower shop since they dnt know how to handle flowers. The bouquet was of so poor quality, just wrapped with an aluminum foil, n some low quality leaves. Stop ur business pls if u guys are here just to bluff people.
