Absolute disgraceful treatment of customer by Matteo in Dublin office. My order was delivered 3 days later than stated, the "compensation" bag of coffee was never issued, the plug to the grinder does not work and i am receiving no response how to have this repaired and I have continually asked for contact of Matteo's supervisor but again, do not receive any response. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Had troubles with my Profitec PRO 700 coffee machine. I called the customer service and they guided me for a solution. We've been at the phone and in video call for a couple of hours and problem is now solved Thank you again, I was scared to do not have my coffee in the morning anymore!!!

Hi I would like to thanks the staff I have dealt with at Caffe Italia very much for the smooth purchase and delivery of my new coffee machine, and also found the after sales service extremely good as I had to make 2 calls to clarify some operating procedures on the machine (whilst having a blonde moment) and found the staff extremely helpful with no remark or sharp intake of breath at my stupid questions. Habe mir ein Paket bestehend aus Rancilio Silvia E Kaffeemühle Rocky bestellt, weil mir der Preis zugesagt hat. Hab mir nichts weiter dabei gedacht und bestellt. Ich kam erst später darauf die Rezzessionen zu suchen und zu lesen🤦🏻‍♂️. Muss auch ehrlich sagen das ich nach dem lesen echt verunsichert war. Und wollte da gleich anrufen. Und es war wirklich so wie hier viele sagen. Sitz in Frankfurt a.M. Nummer in Chemnitz usw... ich bekam dann auch nen Rückruf aus London mit der Bitte mein Anliegen doch in Englisch nochmal zu schicken. Dies tat ich dann auch. Danach ging alles seinen Gang. Wenn mir was nicht passte gab es ne Mail auf Englisch und dann lief alles. Meine Ware kam nach 8 Tagen unversehrt bei mir an. Produktion der Maschine war 05/18 und es funktioniert alles. Das man hier nicht groß mit Service rechnen kann war uns schon klar denn für den Preis zum Vergleich im Geschäft is das nich drin. Aber wir haben Geduld gehabt und Gott sei Dank nicht die Rezessionen vorher gelesen und dadurch unsere eigene Meinung bilden können. Nachdem ich weis, wie ich es bei einer Bestellung handhaben muss, werde ich in Zukunft wieder bei coffeeitalia.de bestellen.

Unglaubliche Abzocke! Versand stand 3-4 Werktage. Momentan warten wir schon über einen Monat! Kommunikation gleich NULL. Es wird sogar aufgelegt am Telefon! Wenn man versucht wieder anzurufen ist auf einem das Telefon lahm. Rechnung angefordert: Wartezeit 1Monat... Finger Weg!!!

This company's customer relation is a rip off, we just purchased the Quickmill Achille 0996PID, it arrived 2/3 weeks ago. you can imagine our excitement, we are coffee drinkers and we wanted to purchased one of the best machine. we plugged in the machine and nothing, we email, they gave us some unreliable instructions, we asked for a technician, we asked for pics, we asked for videos, none of those were provided. this has been 2/3 weeks. they suggested in an email for us to open up the machine. our response was, "NO" their response "you probably burned the resistance, and i suggest you to contact someone locally to examine the machine" seriously, THE MACHINE NEVER TURNED ON. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. we will go to all type of channels to make sure that ever everyone is aware of this. we don't want another machine, TAKE YOUR MACHINE AND give us our money back.

Horrible business to deal with - talk about a 2 year warranty but don't believe that they will honor it, they will simply say its outside of warranty and then try to charge you hundreds to fix it.

compre una cafetera el18/05/2018 valorada en 999 euros y en principio me dijeron que tardarian 3 dias y mi sorpresa fue que tardaron en entregarmela 1 mes y medio pero mi malestar biene cuando alas 15 dias de tenerla deja de funcionar y me puse en contacto con ellos para que me dieran una solucion ya que estava en garantia y a dia de hoy no me han hecho ni caso con lo que he tenido que reparar yo la cafetera por mi cuenta y pagar yo la averia .no aconsejo a nadie que compre por esta pagina web no es verdad nada de lo que prometen

I called customer service as my grinder adjustments were not working properly. Following the call, I promptly received an email containing clear instructions on how to fix it myself. I was able to re-adjust my grinder and it is in perfect working order. Thank you again for your assistance and professionalism.

I bought a coffee machine and a grinder from this company and that’s where the trouble started. Just avoid them - it really isn’t worth the hassle in this day and age to deal with such crooks. Machine broke and in a couple of months, refused to fix and then once sent back to them wanted to charge me money to repair it. Most of the reviews here are about the products but service is such an important part that this company just doesn’t seem to care about. They still have my machine and refuse to send it back.

Do not deal with this company - they sent me a Vario Baratza grinder it turned up dirty and covered in coffee grinds and which broke after a couple of months. When I asked for a refund or for them to repair it they said I should do it. I refused and finally they agreed to check the grinder. I couriered it to them (at my expense) and they have repaired it but now want me to pay £60 (never discussed this figure and according to repair report all that was replaced was a grub screw) to have it returned. Clearly there was an issue with the grinder when it was sent to me or it was not fit for purpose. They refuse to deal with me ina reasonable manner and I regret the day I ever used them. Bella Barista, Doppio or any high street option is better than these sharks. They still have my grinder and refuse to return it to me!

Highly Recommended! I bought a Vetrano 2B 0995 PID. Ordering through the website was seamless. Prior to ordering, Marco was able to answer all the questions that I had. I specifically asked for DHL, and they are always reliable. The machine arrived in good order, and packed very well. Working well, and enjoying the coffee!

Excellent communication and after the incorrect coffee machine was sent in error, it was very quickly rectified by sending the correct one. I cannot fault their customer service team who have been very much a pleasure to deal with. The coffee machine is of very good quality with a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
