Very helpful communication over the phone. The galvanised sheet came well packaged and the office even rang to see if I would like to have my order earlier as it was ready for delivery.
I ordered some weathering steel for use as cladding for my home build office. BMO have kept in touch without being pushy since my initial enquiry and provided some useful information on the product. I specified cutting dimensions and all of these have been achieved very accurately, which I am very pleased about. Cutting service was very accurate and the steel was delivered in good time, however it had been clumsily handled and was bent where it had been carried by one person (2500x250 strips), so it needed manipulating straight which was annoying. Considering the delivery charge of £100 (actually as much as the price of the steel) a bit of wood or some kind of stiffener in the packaging would not have come a miss.
Quick and easy ordering and fast delivery. One item was out of stock but they phoned to let me know and we quickly sorted an alternative which arrived with my complete order. Will use this company again.
