Let down by courier. Advised by text that package had been delivered. Looked all around outside of my house. Found it next day on my car windscreen which was parked in the road. When I advised courier of non delivery on the appointed day they said they would call back but didn't. Product was good but need to review carriers

Ordered sheet metal to use as a magnet board. Straight forward process, albeit I clicked yes to having offcuts sent, but on screen it kept showing as 'no' to wanting off cuts. Off cuts received, so must be a system glitch. Delivered quickly, only complaint was the sheet was creased slightly in 1 corner, but managed to straighten up. Overall impressed with service.
Everything did on time
Poor customer service, didn't get any confirmation, order came late, didn't get any notice about ither of the two occurrences, I had to phone a few times just to get these things.
