One of my staff accidentally used your services to register a business name that I had asked her to do for 3 years at the standard $78 cost. Once I identified the error I contacted your business and I am STILL WAITING to get my refund. Very very unhappy.

I am still waiting on confirmation of my business name to be registered. I've had to chase them all the way to get an outcome. I've also had to contact them to correct an error in the business name to be registered. They don't follow up issues in a timely manner. Communication is awful. Service is awful. Save yourself the headache.

but I must admit every body was very helpful and yes I was more then happy at the present time as it was my first time in doing a company name on line thank for interest in how it went
I found that registering the business name was easy and had fast helpful replies to my enquiries, very helpful!
They took my money, give me a ABN number I had already had and never registered my new business name, and now won't reply to emails They are a scam and a rip off
Still not registered after many weeks of waiting and having paid for services.
