Responding sooner when a product has been ordered?

I purchased a product that had 10-14 business days lead time that has come and gone and I sent multiple emails to inquire about the shipping information, but no response, except for one by Erez Cohen sent to me saying: can I check the status of this order. What does that even mean, it hasn’t helped me at all. This is bad business practices, at least respond to emails with updates. Do not trust this company!

They do not help unlock products on Amazon; Amazon is only requesting some serial number or barcode to authorize the sale of the product. Bulk Buy does not help at all, their messages are simple without the seller's name, and when you make the purchase, they have no products. This supplier seems to be a fraud.

They don’t offer any kind of return policy, which means if a product doesn’t meet your expectations, there’s no option to return or exchange it. they It feels risky to make a purchase knowing there’s no flexibility if something goes wrong. The customer service has been disappointing as well. It’s difficult to reach a representative, and when I finally do, I rarely feel supported or listened to. My concerns often seem to go unresolved, leaving me hesitant to reach out when issues arise. Another major issue is their inventory management. Many items are consistently out of stock, even when they appear available on the website. This has led to multiple delays and even canceled orders. I currently have $430 in credit with the company#you can only get credit towards your next purchase but finding something in stock to actually use it has been nearly impossible. Overall, I can’t recommend Bulk buy America based on my experience. Without a return policy, responsive customer service, or reliable stock, it’s hard to feel confident shopping here.”

there must be call support for customers and make an easy purchase system specially for new sellers

The company is a complete fraud, so they only do wire transfers and zelle. A shell website is trying to sell bulk items on Amazon they sell, to easily make it seem legit. Do not trust this company. We will work closely with a hosting company to shut down this website.
