So following on from my last post they promised me a refund within 2 to 3 working days that was 12 days ago I’m still waiting for the refund . I am contacting them today to ask where the money is and in form them I’m about to start legal action against them , this is the worst company I have ever dealt with they should not be allowed to trade as they are just total liars customer services is shocking . Update Well well after 4 phone calls I finally got my refund , I certainly would never use this company again neither would I recommend them to anyone, just such a poor service from them . I ordered the items I required from another company and the items were delivered within 48 hrs and the items were cheaper , yes they were exactly the same product now that’s what I call a good service .
Terrible company to deal with. Nobody returns calls and when you do speak to someone he never comes back to you. Sold items they do not have, failed to refund money as agreed etc. AVOID this is a scam company.
I placed an order but it has not been dispatched. I have chased via email and 'live chat'. Have been ignored on both. Company does not have the courtesy to respond. Possibly a scam website. I will have to raise a dispute via my credit card company.
Seemingly the only place on the internet I could find exactly what I was looking for, and after running into problems with my bank (my end) Danny was on hand immediately with help and support and got the items processed and dispatched in double time. First time using BuildingRight and won't be the last I'm sure with customer service like that.
I hit a snag with my order for a couple of boxes of screws, no big money changing hands here (and the best value I could find online anyway). Nevertheless Buildingright got on to it straightaway and sorted things out for me for a delivery the following morning. And I'm just a DIYer. Can't fault that kind of service!
