Everything is perfect I decide to order from them and you’d think they wouldn’t deliver on the week ends and guess what they delivered on Saturday when I order on Tuesday it’s a great product by the way and it’s just all awesome in every part I highly recommend ordering from them but I’m also gonna come back when I’ve used everything and do a follow up to tell you how good it was

I believe this issue here is the site.... I hated the idea of no real contact... I liked the cart though its cloggy I'm now sure this is a scam. Why can't I contact anyone or anything to get my account straight in the FIRST PLACE. Obviously you think my money isn't good enough for you.

They claim my cc (billing in one state, delivery in another) triggered a fraud alert with their cc processor. This occurred with my first order and I provided the necessary documentation and received the order. Second order, another hold...I contacted the company at least three times and no response.

Website says orders ship the same day they are ordered. I ordered Wednesday at 1230 am and it's Friday afternoon and still hasn't shipped(tracking shows label created yesterday still no pickup). I thought I'd try this brand and made the decision after reading they ship quickly on their "faq" section.

My local store can't keep enough in stock. So I came to the source directly and I am still in shock of the Budget Brand. Price, Quality, Flavor, and responsive to emails are all well above par. Thank you Budget Brand, making and supplying affordable help. Ordered:10/24 (later day) received all correct products 10/29!

Excellent products. Taste is great, no clogging of the cartridge which is fantastic. I am absolutely going to be purchasing again. In fact I am sending a few to my niece for her birthday 😁🎉

Carts get clogged more then I would like, The actual cart itself is great. Flavor and all. Would recommend to anyone that smokes just check out how to unclog them incase for the price though great product. Also I ordered it before the hurricane and got it directly after hope all is okay for the staff 🤟
