The product is perfect for our office needs. The item stand was broken after replacing the missing screws and adding some extra bolts we had in the office I did not have to send it back. I think it must have broke during the shipment process?

I received my order and have three that are broken, the bend that hold the holder at a 20 degree angle is very week and she have more support not sure I would buy this brand again
