Britannia Corporate Events is a leading provider of team sailing events. We offer a fleet of competitive IRC rated Beneteau First 40 racing yachts, available for team building sailing days, corporate event charter, industry sailing regattas as well as racing charters for events such as Cowes Week, Round The Island race or Rolex Fastnet Race. Based in Port Hamble Marina, Britannia are ideally situated on the edge of the UK's premier sailing area, the Solent. So you spend more time sailing and less time motoring to the start point. Founded in 1998 by Andy Byham who is still the MD today, Britannia is a professional yet friendly organisation with a customer service ethos. We have a team of event managers who will look after you from booking through to the day itself - our job is to make sure you have the best possible sailing event!
We had 3 sailing boats for the day and everyone was absolutely buzzing from the experience. The skippers and crew were so helpful, understanding and made the day safe and exciting for everyone. Great day really well receieved by our team and I am sure we will book again. Highly recommend.
Excellent way to entertain clients and different from the usual dinners/golf days. Plenty of interactive fun and participants can be as active as they wish. Have done a sailing day annually for a few years now and it never fails to put smiles on faces. The team are Britannia are meticulous in their approach and organisation of the day, very professional and courteous.
This is the first we used Britannia Events, and it wont be the last. Nikki did an awesome job is making sure we had a fantasic day. The crew were brilliant in ensuring eveyone had a great time, and well looked after. You will not find a better way to promote teamwork with your staff. Britannia Events rock!

We used Britannia to host the whole day, in total we had 2 yachts and 16 people in total. I found the whole team from office staff through to captains and first mates to be of the highest standard. The planned agenda and structure was fantastic, and the restaurant choice in Cowes was sublime. I can recommend Britannia Corporate Events wholeheartedly to anyone. We will be using them again in 2020!

My relationship with Britannia stated in 2014 when I contacted them in regards to completing the Round the Island Race for Charity. My wife had recently passed away and I was looking for a way to raise funds for our local Hospice (Keech). As a complete sailing novice I had no idea how I was going to do this but as an ex-sailor I knew that it had to involve the sea. Having contacted several charter companies who where less than helpful I found Britannia. What a complete pleasure it has been to work with the totally professional team at Britannia, they have worked closely with me for the past 4 years and we are now putting in to place the Keech Regatta on the 8/6/19. We have raised over £200k in the past four years and the part that Team Britannia have played in this can not be understated.
