Very bad company they charging me 110£ extra each month after six months with new contract. And still I am owed 1000£.
Terrible don't bother bill goes up and down like a yoyo offers a refund and then takes it back bunch of cowboys

Poor customer care - repeatedly failed to provide basis of estimated charge which was over estimated.
Your customer service level is very poor, I have been with for a number of years and I am disabled and unable to read my own meters and have been waiting all that time to be properly placed on the preferential meter reading system, this despite repeated promise. You have repeatedly bombarded me with correspondence telling me that my direct debit is to be increased by on one occasion by 65% even though I was in credit by nearly £300. I look forward to your comments.
terrible customer feedback, glad i switched phoned 3 times requesting a new gas card, and sent a email, fobbed off on the phone, and no reply to email
Renewed my deal over the phone......simples, she told me the best tariff etc, very polite, and quick .
You keep asking for meter reading when I have smart meters why. Apart from this everything is OK
Have been a customer of Bristol Energy since they started. Very happy with price, customer service. No exit fees if you leave but we haven’t. Can change tarif at any time.

Customer service is always excellent, no hanging around for an answer on the phone. The app is easy to use. I like their ethical position. If only more companies were like this.
Desperately slow customer service. Usually at least 10 minutes waiting time, with the corny old message "we're receiving a lot of calls at the moment " at whatever hour you call. An email will elicit a response that they will get back to you within days! Other than that, reasonably competitive but have lost the edge since being taken over
I have requested info on smart meters since 13/05/21, this is the reply from you. “Thank you for emailing Bristol Energy’s Smart Metering team. We aim to get back to you within 2 working days” Also contacted you again in July. No Reply. Not good is it.
Put prices up by use of an automated e mail. Will not refund you Will not listen to you regarding your direct debit Will not reply to you Dont do a great deal Customer services is shocking
The time taken to speak to an advisor is ridiculous. This is not on the odd occasion as I have to phone in my electricity readings as I have two meters and your on line facility does not allow for this. The average length of call is 26 minutes which,in my opinion,is too long,and covers a timescale way before covid restraints
Always offer lowest price possible, have checked compere sites and found Bristol energy to be just as good as the next lowest, as yet never had a problem with them and their app is perfect for keeping up with bills
Found Bristol Energy great to deal with and they have been very helpful each time l have phoned them for advice. Staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
Prices too high, increase monthly DD too much, unfortunately no one else can do it cheaper at the moment. Will continue looking for cheaper.
