I bought a sideboard from Boss Living and I have to say the experience was exceptional. From sending me samples of the colours to speaking with me on the phone and going over my size requirements everything was top draw. They customized the size for me so it fit exactly in the space I had for it. Perfect

I had almost identical issues with poor service when ordering from Boss Living and had to open disputes with my credit card company in order to get the products I'd ordered. Two years down the line, I called them again to ask for a replacement cushion for a chair I had bought from them which had sagged badly and ripped in places. I was told they don't do replacement anything, has to be a new chair and as I was 1 month out of warranty, I'd have to pay full whack. They wouldn't do a trade-in and wouldn't offer any concessions at all, even as it was a replacement. If I do buy new, I'll order from Pash Classics who sell the same products at roughly the same price. I think they're just very unhelpful and not the least bit customer-oriented.

PLS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST AS THEY HAVE DEFRAUDED ME BY NEVER SENDING MY COMPLETE ORDER, I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS HORRIBLE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO...I WILL DO EVERYTHING LEGALLY POSSIBLE TO GET MY REMAINING ORDER OR REFUND. THEY HAVE ROBBED ME

i ordered an eames chair from them on 24 Nov 19. Heard nothing for a week then a phone call to say delivery was happening tomorrow as they "were in the area". As someone who works for a living this was not possible at such short notice. Lots of umming and ahhing and sharp intakes of breath from them about when they would have someone in the area again before finally committing to delivering the following week. That week passed and then committed to deliver the following week. This occured 4 times before i cancelled the order. 5 weeks and 4 missed delivery windows. In the meantime I also sent them at least 3 emails which were never responded too, even the stroppy ones telling them i wanted to conacel unless deliver was made ASAP and called them twice a day for 3 weeks. Only 2 or 3 were ever picked up. The rest just rang and rang. I've now had to involv my credit company as after 2 weeks there is still no refund, no confirmation the refund is going through and NONE PICKS UP THE PHONE OR ANSWERS EMAILS. I actually think that service is so terrible they must have gone into administration as there is no way anyone can run a business this poorly and care so little

I ordered chairs in DSW eames style. I received my order (in France) in less than two weeks (get them by Chronopost, let in the local post office : avoided me to wait one day at home :-) ). The chairs are conform to the pictures. No notice but it was quite instinctive. However, I remarked that the cushions were missing : I wrote to the customer service and received them 3 days later ! My boyfriend also made two orders on that site. Even if he waited more for the first order, everything has been received perfectly. I recommand Bossliving.

Great customer service, had a bed from them and a couple of stools for my studio, great customer service, the bed was really well built and comfortable and the stools were solid too.
