This is the most wonderful gift I’ve come across. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was wonderful and within a few days it was with us and we tried it out straight away. Pure perfection! The bad reviews are for the website bookembosser (without the ‘s’) who scammed people last year and were based in china This website is based in the uk And is bookembossers and doesn’t have anything to do with them.
Embosser arrived faulty, and was replaced fast and free of charge after I sent photos of the fault. I rang them initially rather than emailed. It's a really nice bit of kit. Very happy. Maybe a change of mangement since the bad reviews?
Scam Ordered in okt haven’t heard or received anything from them yet Tryed to mail them several times but no respons
I placed an order and immediately contacted them by email to cancel said order. They have completely ignored all of my messages, of which there were MANY. I have pleaded with them to contact me to resolve the matter... they haven't so much as sent an automated acknowledgement. This leads me to believe that they are a completely phoney company. I would urge others not to fall for their adverts on Instagram. Please DO NOT SEND them your hard earned MONEY. These companies should be better regulated by Instagram/Meta.
