The Boiler Guide service was extremely useful when we were left without heat after our usual engineer was unable to repair our 24 year old boiler and does not install new boilers. Where to turn? Boiler Guide did exactly as they promised and within the hour we had 2 companies in contact - Pearcroft Plumbing and Walsh Plumbing. We must thank Pearcroft for their wonderful service. By 5pm the same afternoon, Paul had visited the property, then telephoned through a quote and the next day they came to install the new boiler. End of the day we had a fully functioning boiler. However, I would suggest that Boiler Guide do not use the 3rd company (Domestic & Commercial Heating) as 3 days later we have still not heard anything from them!

Our boiler went off 12 days ago. Having been 'messed around' i decided I need to try and get this sorted out by another means. Within minutes of accessing Boiler Guide and submitting a quote request for a new gas boiler, yesterday morning, as promised three companies details were emailed to me and each made contact almost straight away. After an inital phone call with the second of the companies their surveyor was with us within 20 minutes. The survey completed, boiler selected, ordered and deal done with a promise of fitting it today. Promise fulfilled and new boiler installed - heating and hot water back on by 15:30 this afternoon. Was in a panic as my boiler broke on Sunday, leaving me with no heating or hot water, as my boiler was 14 years old I decided to save time and get a new boiler. I found boiler guide on the Internet and signed up and gave my details late Sunday evening and by 9am Monday I had three reputable companies calling and within the hour I had 3 surveys booked for that day, all three showed up and gave me quotes and competed for my job. My new boiler at a very reasonable price is coming Friday - fingers crossed. So far my experience has been great
