I’ve spoken with representatives from BluewaveSELECT many times over the years and it’s always been a positive experience even if things didn’t always go to plan. The staff are friendly and professional, and make a point of keeping me updated about matching roles and progress with any application - which sadly too many other agencies are poor at. Most recently I have secured a new contract role through this company (my first with them), and have (again) nothing but good things to say about the experience. The recruiter (Fiona Johnson) has been first class from the first time we spoke, and not just about this role. Fiona is very personable, professional and certainly knows her stuff! I feel that when I hear ‘call me anytime if you any questions’ she means every word - again not a feeling I get often when speaking with agencies.
