Extremely expensive service taking in consideration that if you personate yourself the cost of registration and Ais/mmsa if Holland its bellow 100 Eur. They do not have an office, at the end charge on the top of the rate VAT which in Europe doesnt make sense as they should state the price including VAT or explicit announced. On the top of that they sent the papers to the wrong address after requesting it in several ocasions. Once call to complain and request to change delivery address, you are redirected to a call center outsourced that tells you that they will call you back. Which such a mistakes they do not call back within the same day once the request was 12 mid day and still 5h working schedule on the day. There are not responsive and definetely not worth the money they are asking for. If I knew before would have never arrange it with them, as the delivery mistake will cost me more for paying a Marina where my boat its blocked until I got the papers on my hand, will cost 50eur a day/ for 5 additional days as delivery will arrive to Spain and me and the boat are in the caribbean! and as well will need to pay an additional parcel. Feeling really misstreated here, I expected more professionality for such a price.

Excellent and fast communication Jeroen and Ingrid are really customer focussed and service minded. Sent an email and still the same day you get a clear answer. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer than expected to get the papers, so better plan in for some reserve time. I know of 3 cases and in all of them eventually the papers arrived still in time.
Friendly and professional phone service. The email contact was very fast and elaborate. The documents were sent fast.

Service rendered were as fast as advertised, professional and they went the extra mile and sent the originals to another country by courier to avoid any delays in the start of a cruise... I recommend without hesitation!
