There as several things about this company that are noteworthy. First and foremost is their customer service. It is just outstanding. I have sent them an email late in the afternoon, on a weekend, from the US and have gotten a response within such a short time that I wrote back asking if they ever took any time off. Amazing. Next, they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Also amazing. They have assisted in solving very serious problems with Dutch Light Registration with vigor getting my problem solved in no time flat. Just cannot say enough good things about this great company. I would and do highly recommend them.

Good service even though impaired by critical pandemic situation. Failure in the fact that they have not been proactive in advising active customers, of decadence of Watersportverboden in realeasing Ducth IPC registration, which has caused me lots of troubles with Authorities. They compensated with free cancellation.
The procedure to get the Polish registration certificate was satisfactory. It took a bit long but that is in Corona time acceptable. But the main reason for this average judgment is that the behaviour of Yacht Registration Holland (BRH), among other facilitators, was the cause that I was forced to get another registration for my boat. BRH took advantage of the weakness of the ICP Dutch registration to get companies registred and also criminals took advantage. Therefore authorities in quite a few countries refuse to recognise this document anymore. I am not blaming BRH only, but this company was one of the actors responsible for the problems of hundreds of Dutch sailors using this ICP. Also, the Dutch authorities and the KNWV which is the issuing organisation of the ICP are to be blamed for this.
