The item I ordered was not in stock but this information was not on the website. I wanted it to be delivered the next day and this was why I ordered with Blue Herbs. However as the item was not in stock I did not receive the flavour I wanted or in the time frame required as the website was not up to date. I was informed by email that the item was not in stock the following day and what options were available but I would not have placed my order had I known this and felt I had been misled.

I have just received my first order. One of the products ordered was out of stock, but I received a very prompt and polite email informing me of this and saying when my order would be available to dispatch. The order then arrived exactly when I was expecting it. The company is also competitive on price, particularly on COQ10 which can be very expensive.

The products all feel great, especially that they are additive-free, food state even for vits/minerals (Terra Nova). The Terra Nova products are really affordable which makes such a huge difference when one needs certain vits/minerals ongoingly. Communication about a needed delivery delay was smooth and intelligent, and Blue Herbs very helpful & efficient in liaising with their courier service - who would have delivered next day even to the sticks in Scotland here.
