I struggled to find a heating engineer in the Lakes area. Blue Flame took on an installation job that wasn't straightforward, they were professional, punctual and left the premises clean and tidy. A component failed shortly after the installation and they came back without quibble. That was trickier than it sounds as they had to source the replacement - and there aren't that many plumbers' merchants in the area. I expected them to say they would come back another day and was very grateful when they persisted until it was sourced and fitted. Full marks!
