BloomsyBox.com is a subscription service that sends its subscribers fresh flowers weekly, bi-weekly and monthly from fair-trade sustainable farms around the globe. We appeal to the discerning person that is excited to try new flower varieties and learn through discovery. That’s the concept of our subscription box. We also have a few major differences from the average floral supplier: 1. No mixed bouquets with unnecessary extras - BloomsyBox only deals in "single-variety bunches," meaning no frills and all the thrills. 2. Our flowers are sourced direct from suppliers around the world, meaning no middle-man mark-up to increase the price 3. BloomsyBox is Eco-friendly. Along with our flowers being sourced from Rainforest alliance partners, we also use an eco-friendly paper wrap and a beautiful bow. No plastic-wrapped bouquets. Our subscriptions start at $39.99 and are available in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options with free shipping nationwide.

Love the flowers! I've had a BloomsyBox subscription for four months now and I LOVE getting my beautiful bouquets every month. I haven't had any issues - everything arrives perfectly packed at my door at the same time every month. Whenever I have questions, I know I can reach out and the customer service team answers quickly (thanks, Tina!).

Emailed Bloomsy.com with a delivery question and received a call from a Kimberly within an hour. More importantly, she was able to address my concerns and adjust my delivery date. Received a follow up email later that afternoon recapping our conversation. Unfortunately, I needed to change the new delivery date and Seth was able to help me with that change! Love the professional Customer Service and effective communication! Thank you, Chuck

I bought a subscription for my wife and to be honest I didn't know what to expect. When she received her first box she was as happy as she has never been; the flowers we got were amazing, they smelled so good and lasted for over two weeks. For Christmas I got a few more subscriptions for some clients and now I definitely know what to give for Valentine's! Thank you BloomsyBox.com for making it easy to give a great present.

I bought my mom a flower subscription and she loves it! The flowers are fresh and presented in pretty paper. One cool thing she liked about these bouquets is that they arrive when they're not all the way opened yet and you can watch them open more every day. She sends me pics each month and they look beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

2 shipments of flowers were dried out and wilted. Customer service was lacking. Don't waste your money. Search elsewhere

I was very happy with the product; recipient liked the arrangements and the quality. I experienced a frustrating billing problem, and though I ran into some initial difficulty in getting it straightened out, the CEO got personally involved and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I wish the first response had been better, but I respect that they escalated my situation and they did the right thing in the end.

My sister bought me a subscription to Bloomsybox for my birthday this past May. I have loved every bouquet I have received! All of them lasted at least a week! Watching them go from the box to a vase with room to spread out has been awesome. I could not be happier with this gift! They brighten up my kitchen and they smell amazing! The bouquets are always beautiful but a few were flowers I’ve never seen in my life. (The bouquet with the tiny bananas in them!). I am more than thrilled with this company! Shelly L

Was so excited to receive this as a Christmas gift, but after actually seeing the flowers, I'm very disappointed. Im not one to write a negative review, but... 2 out of 4 boxes had flowers that died by the next day. The fifth delivery I received, the flowers look like the gas station bouquets. Customer service was good about replacements. However I wont be renewing.

I'm three months in on a 12-month subscription. The packaging the flowers ship in is beautiful. It's a nice box, with amazing paper wrapping the flowers--it almost feels and looks like handmade paper. The presentation is wonderful. Unfortunately, the flowers have been in rather tough shape with each delivery. I'm afraid they are spending too much time drying out in a FedEx truck. They do come back to life somewhat after drinking in water for a day or two, but they are never like fresh flowers from a local florist. Will this be better in the summer heat? I bit off 12-months, so I guess we will see!

Our office was promised a free upgrade in bouquet size due to a misunderstanding however over 7 months later we are still receiving the same size. I've emailed bloomsy directly regarding this issue and received no response. In theory Bloomsy is a good idea but customer service is poor and flowers are often crushed.

The customer service is absolutely stellar. I made an error on my order & time was of the essence in correcting it. I was contacted via email and phone within a very short space of time & the error was removed, I even received a follow-up email just to make sure the delivery was timely. What a pleasure to do business with BloomsyBox!
