Excellent customer service, easy to navigate the website, packaged well, and shipped promptly. The only criticism I have is the $20 flat rate for shipping. I would order more often if the rate was commensurate to the shipping distance and weight of the package. I wouldn’t even mind if there was a small handling fee included, but I can’t justify ordering when I just want one or two items, so have to wait until I can get together a larger order. I only hope that they still have it in stock when I can afford to do it. Overall, I would recommend Big D Vapor and will definitely shop there again.

First order I placed was great, no issues! Second order, not so much. All 3 vapes, after charging, continued to burn(approx. 3-5 seconds) after I took I pull. Again, no issues with the first order...but wasn't happy with the last I order!
Everything shipped quickly and the order was correct. Would definitely order again.
