I ordered over $300 of disposable vapors and half of them didn’t work. Emailed the company and got a fast response telling me there was a known manufacturer flaw and was told to ship them back at my expense and they’d replace them. The person who responded was very nice, but to be shipped defective products when they knew about the flaw is a huge inconvenience. This was my first time ordering from this company so I hope this helps someone who may be considering purchasing from them in the future.

The customer service is awesome. The products are great but be annoying email every day to review your purchase when I ordered the same thing that I have previously reviewed is a pain in the ass and the fastest way to lose a customer.
There is only one other company that sells the UBar salty lemon and more times than not they’re out of stock or they take an order and I’m not able to fulfill it. You guys were fantastic and so much quicker.
