After ordering via their website I quickly received an email thanking me for my order & stating that it had been dispatched. My order arrived very quickly and it was packaged really really well. Beyond Words is the shop I turn to for photography books. The range of titles is broad and covers every genre I'm interested in, from photographers old and new, current and past. Neil is always accessible and deals with any issues (such as postal delays etc) with perfect good manners and patience. I only wish I had a bigger bookshelf to accommodate more purchases which are often discounted to some extent. The delivery packaging is excellent and not the typical over sized cartons from Amazon. Highly recommended retailer.
