Awfully deceptive, tells you there’s no early payout penalty verbally. Final contract shows in fine print “you still have to pay the full finance charges even if you pay off early”. Jack was very nice to speak with but this was very deceptive. MUST read the fine print before signing anything here for sure

I chose to work with BBF because Ryan followed up with me in the beginning. This let me know that it wasn't just random spam emails coming from a list. We spoke on the phone and he was helpful without being pushy. When I found the vehicle i was looking for, I immediately called him to get his input and see what BBF could do for me. He responded quickly and was accomodating when i found out the dealership had already sold the vehicle i was after. I eventually found another dealership that had what i wanted. Ryan quickly got to work on the deal, and after some reluctance on the part of the dealer ( They tried to pressure me to finance with them, and tried to stall the deal to change my mind) we were able to get the paperwork done and bring home the new van. Ryan was instrumental in dealing with the all parties and keeping the pressure on the dealer to get me what i wanted. He stuck with me and truly earned my business.
