Top notch service. Orders arrive promptly. If there is a supply shortage they notify you and give you the option to cancel or wait for availability for the item to ship. I did the wait option and they did remember to ship.

The gummy vitamins were melted after being on back order for months. Sent them straight to a family member , when she finally received them she couldn’t use them. Also was sent the wrong turmeric, didn’t notice before I open them. In the past it has been great. Not sure what had changed. Hopefully it will get back to normal soon

Ordered protein powder from Best Price Nutrition and received the item damaged due to the lovely local carriers that just don't care about the packages. They smashed it so bad it put the lid into the center of the container causing the powder to be in the packaging box. Called and spoke to Chris who was awesome - He apologized and is sending me a new bottle. They have the best customer service here and I will for sure order from them again. Customer service is hard to find today but not here. Chris went above and beyond for me. Thanks Chris!!! Keep being you.

I only buy high quality product. You had them. Price is of little concern but you had the best price. What caught my attention is sharing about the products and what they do for the body. i never received, i paid for something that never got to me..completely disappointed, terrible costumer service

First time ordering from Best Price and upon opening my order, noticed that an item was missing. No big deal, things like this can happen but its how its handled that makes the difference. I immediately walked over to my computer and emailed support to let them know. Within a couple of hours, I had a return email from a very humble Amber who appologized and let me know she was having the item sent out the same day. 48hrs later, my order was made whole and I can't be happier with the level of customer service Amber provided. Order took over a month to actually ship after I had to call about it. By the time it shipped part of my order was out of stock and I’m still waiting for it

I definitely should have paid more attention to the bad reviews. Seems they are currently short staffed and all shipments are delayed, which if thats the case they shouldn't even bother charging until they ship the item, or at least have it?. Though the product I got said available and ready to ship when ordered, but told by one customer service they are delayed, and the other customer service that they dont even have the product? So unless you want to wait for who knows how long for the order to ship, this isnt the vendor you want.

Just wish there was more deals for dianabol.

I ordered my slimming pill July 2021. Best price nutrition delivered June 2022. This is ridiculous. I totally forgot about this product so why didn’t you send an email or call to see if I am still interested and why was my money not refunded from July 2021 when you never had my product. This is madness. I did not receive any notification or advisory that my product has been out of stock and no notification asking if I wanted to cancel or purchase something different
